Our first goal is to help our clients achieve postural balance and body awareness. Then, we work on strengthening the body’s core, using a variety of exercise options at our fully-equipped studio.

All of our clients go through a detailed initial assessment to ensure each program is an ideal fit for the individual. Then we get started.

We offer private sessions, semi-private and small group sessions, both at the Body Forme studio and off-site.

Personalized Strength & Conditioning:
We’ll develop a personalized training program to suit your goals, whether it's increasing muscle mass, losing body fat, improving posture and flexibility, enhancing cardiovascular fitness, increasing energy levels, lifestyle balancing or recovering from an injury. We’ll explain the ‘why’ behind everything and ensure you feel comfortable trying new activities.

Sport Conditioning:
A sound training program applies the concept of what we call ‘periodization,’ which incorporates several phases of training (pre-season, in-season and off-season). This ensures you’re in top physical condition when the season hits.
Optimal biomechanics, neuromuscular function, strength and power are paramount in determining athletic success. We specialize in training programs that develop the physical tools you need for your sport. Drills and exercises are taught in such a way that your muscles learn to fire in an efficient, fluid sequence, which improves their synchronization and leads to more efficient movement overall.

Indoor Cycling & Conditioning:
Indoor cycling is an organized group exercise class performed on special stationary exercise bicycles with a weighted flywheel. For clients seeking a challenging workout, our indoor cycling and conditioning classes combine a sport specific, low-impact cardiovascular workout on LeMond Revmaster II bicycles, followed by a series of strength and conditioning exercises.
